Patissier Shoko Hirase uses the latest equipment to create a number of flozen desserts that go beyond imagination. Ice cream and sorbet are freely combined with fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Cold desserts that incorporate seasonal fruits and flowers will be served on a plate. We prepared a combo of bread and a mini dessert that would make children happy. Bread, which Hirase specializes in, are really good in a cafe time or as a pairing with wine.
